Using the Site

  • Acting in a way that may result in criminal prosecution, civil responsibility, or the breaking of any rule or regulation.
  • Using the Site’s service to gain unauthorized access to any other computer systems; and – Interfering with or trying to interfere with the Site’s security.
  • Offering products for sale on the Web as a drop shipper to other businesses.

Trademarks

  • The names, logos, and icons shown throughout Flashy Cosmetics.com are registered and/or unregistered trademarks of Flashy Cosmetics.
  • By “user-generated content,” we refer to videos, photos, and other media that you create and share publicly on the internet (e.g., on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter), along with your name, username, social network username, profile picture and likeness, and any caption or location information associated with or related to such content.

License

You, at this moment, grant Flashy Cosmetics and its current and future affiliates and subsidiaries a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, fully paid, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, delete, translate, publish, broadcast, publicly perform, and display the User Generated Content in any media now known or hereafter created. They include, but are not limited to, the company’s websites, social media pages, newsletters, retailer websites, third-party sites, print media, in-store material, television and other broadcast media used for advertising, and television and other broadcast media.
